Achilles Mulkey - plays lead, Tom Kipling

Originally from NW Arkansas, Achilles holds a BFA in Music Theatre from Viterbo University, and trained RAD Ballet. He was last seen on screen playing Sky in Polkadots (MMT), which streamed on Broadway on Demand. Other favorite theatre credits include Mr. Mistoffelees in (CATS), John (An Incomplete List), and Giuliano (Big Love). Most recently, he has been featured in Ring of Key's Queering The Cannon cabarets at Joe's Pub in NYC, and soon you can catch him Off-Broadway in The Civility of Albert Cashier! Besides performing, Achilles is also a composer, instrumentalist, and writer with a passion for intersectional storytelling, photography, and a good cup of tea.

Brielle Melendez - plays Elizabeth Vaughn

Brielle is a recent first-generation graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Acting and Producing. As a queer Latina, her passions lie within telling the untold stories of her own community and those whose voices have been left unheard. She’s been featured in both film and stage productions and hopes to pursue both as she continues along her artistic journey. Aside from acting, Brielle enjoys fashion and working to inspire others to express themselves honestly through their clothing. She currently works as a stylist in New York City, while still pursuing her own artistic endeavors. Brielle would like to thank this amazing, beautiful cast for allowing her to be a part of an important story!

Audrey Ward - plays Victoria Fare

Audrey is excited to be graduating from Temple University in May with a B.A. in acting and a minor in journalism. Past film credits include "Blinded" written and directed by Jesse James and Jim Morton, "The Choice" written and directed by Jordan Allison, and "Lunar Maria" written and directed by Marygrace Navarra. When not acting, Audrey works as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor!

AJ Contreras - plays Gio Taylor

AJ is an actor based in New York. He did most of his acting training at HB Studio in New York City. AJ enjoys spray painting, playing sports, and has a dog named Buttons!

Trell Marcano - plays Jo Smith

Trell claimed the stage name Marcano because of her interest in the Italian mafia. She claimed the name from a mafia video game. When she is not acting, you can likely find her playing video games or chess. She is very close with her mom and is family-oriented. Trell collects Vinyl Pops (71 and counting!) and her favorite movies are Goodfellas, Scarface, and Devil Wears Prada.

Andreea Ioanas - Director of Photography/Producer

Andreea currently runs her own travel YouTube channel and is a first year Masters student in the Media Studies and Production program at Temple University. She was born in Romania and Romanian is her first language. She has a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and loves to travel. Andreea has 3D modeled her own video games and made one intended for Virtual Reality. Andreea wants to be a creative content producer and include travel in her work.

Jamie Marghella - Producer

Jamie is a senior Media Studies & Production major at Temple University. Upon graduation in May 2022, Jamie will continue her education at Temple to finish completing her Master’s degree. She is currently interning at QVC in their Digital Photography department. Jamie has had a love for photography and all aspects of media since her early high school years, during which her production classes inspired her to pursue a career in media and communication.

Meghan McGuire - Director/Producer

Meghan currently runs all social media marketing for Reach Climbing and Fitness, the biggest rock climbing gym on the East Coast! She is also working on several projects at Temple University including a documentary about climate change in Philadelphia called “The Philly Footprint,” which she helped direct and write. She is graduating in May 2022 and spends her free time rock climbing, making her own YouTube videos, and binging true crime podcasts. She is extremely excited for Edge of an Age to come out and is grateful for the opportunity to work on the project.

Sinéad Doyle - Editor/Producer

Sinéad is currently the post-production producer and editing coordinator for Queer Temple on TUTV, a show about the queer community at Temple University and the greater Philadelphia area. Last year, Sinéad edited and co-directed #TattooEvolution, a documentary about how the tattoo industry has changed due to social media. The film is still in post-production and will hopefully be submitted to film festivals this year. She has also worked for The Quell Foundation, editing their podcast, “Lift the Mask: Voices of Heroes in the Silent Pandemic” as well as producing Kinetic Typography and other social media collateral to promote their podcast. The thing she enjoys the most about working in media is that she is able to tell stories of people that otherwise may not be shared. She thinks it is unbelievably valuable work that she is grateful to have the opportunity to do.

Rue McWilliams - Director/Producer

Rue is an actor, filmmaker, and singer-songwriter currently in her senior year at Temple University. Many projects she creates or is a part of focus on giving women of color and members of the LGBTG+ community a space for their voices to be heard. A lover of all things creative, she strives to create art in which everyone is able to be seen.
